The challenge
Camply sold eighty percent of its year between May and September. The brand was built for that season — sunlight, canvas, long evenings — and it had nothing to say for the other seven months, so it said nothing.
The booking flow had the same shape. It was excellent at capturing someone who had already decided, and had no answer for someone still deciding.
What we did
We widened the idea from a summer trip to a year-round habit, and rebuilt the content calendar around the moments that actually generate intent: the first cold weekend, the January planning slump, the spring gear check.
- Seasonal brand extensions that share one core identity
- An always-on content programme, not a summer burst
- A booking flow that works for browsing as well as buying
- Lifecycle email keyed to the planning cycle, not the trip

The outcome
Off-season bookings went from a rounding error to a fifth of annual revenue. The summer peak did not shrink; the trough filled in underneath it.
The most useful change was the least visible: the team now plans twelve months at a time instead of five.
Camply: turning a seasonal booking site into a year-round habit.
Camply had a summer audience and a winter problem. We reframed the product as a year-round outdoors companion and built the campaign calendar to match, so the quiet months stopped being quiet.
